One of my favorites (a glazed lemon cookie) also used ricotta cheese. Wonder what it is about ricotta cheese? They turned out fantastic. Another favorite was lemon curd, which used just a couple of lemons but was so tasty. I'll print out this pound cake recipe -- one more lemon recipe for the arsenal!
